There is no refund policy once a paid service, premium access, or digital product has been purchased and successfully delivered or activated.
EditorGenerator.com provides digital services and premium access. Before making any payment, users are advised to review the service, tool limitations, plan details, and feature access carefully. Once the service has been purchased and the digital access has been activated or delivered, the payment is generally final.
No refund will be provided in cases such as change of mind, accidental purchase by the user, misunderstanding of features after delivery, dissatisfaction after successful activation, or where the purchased digital service has already been made available for use.
However, if due to our own technical issue, internal error, or service-side fault the purchased service cannot be delivered properly, cannot be activated, or does not reach the user in the intended way, then we may review the case from our side and provide suitable support. Where genuinely applicable because of our own fault, a refund review may be considered by us.
